Those with disabilities or sensory issues I will work with you to make you feel as comfortable as possible. A deposit is required to secure all appointments. Deposits go toward your service total. Book an appointment online to secure you an absolute spot. With walk-ins availability to save yourself a trip, call or text 585-690-9732 before stopping to see if Freddie is available. Please provide at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 6 hours of your appointment and missed appointments (no-shows) will result in the loss of your deposit. Clients who no-show or repeatedly (3xs or more) cancel last minute may be required to pay up to 50% of the service total before booking a future appointment. Cancellation Policy
We get it that sometimes things come up and you may need to cancel. FREDDIE THE BARBER has a 50% cancellation fee. If you are unable to make the appointment, please kindly notify us as soon as possible to reschedule.
